The entrance door leads to the utility room which has a washing machine, tumble dryer, storage cupboards and space for dog baskets, outdoor shoes and coats.
Five steps go up to the galley kitchen which has a larder fridge, separate freezer, an electric cooker with a double oven and halogen rings, dishwasher and microwave.
Beyond the kitchen is a shower room with a shower cubicle, WC and basin. The second bathroom downstairs has a bath with hand held shower attachment, washbasin, bidet and shaver socket.
